International orders will be charged $100.00 for shipping. We are not responsible for any customs, tariffs, or other costs due outside the United States. All countries have different laws. You, the customer, must pay any customs, tariff fees or other costs assessed by your country.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BRIDAL WORLD. If you refuse an order that is subsequently shipped to you, your credit card will still be charged for the full purchase price of that order, including all shipping costs.

If a gown is not in stock it may be possible to place a Special Order. Special Orders take approximately 12 weeks for delivery. All special orders have an additional fee of $100.00. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

SHIPPING TIMES

Wedding dress deliveries via United Parcel Service [UPS] or FedEx, within the continental ["Lower 48"] United States, normally take 4 to 7 days.

Delivery Times for bridesmaid dresses, within the continental ["Lower 48"] United States, is regularly four [4] weeks.

Special bridesmaid orders can be delivered in two [2] weeks, within the continental ["Lower 48"] United States, for an additional $35. Please call 1-866-594-9010 for bridesmaid dress special orders.

All bridesmaid dresses size 16 - 44 will take extra time to deliver. Over size 44 must call 1-866-594-9010 for delivery times.

All international orders, and those shipped to Alaska and Hawaii take longer and the above shipping times do not apply to these locations.
